The mead starts out pretty dry and he adds more honey to sweeten it. The problem is that he doesn't drink. I love being his taste tester (I mean who wouldn't love their husband to keep pouring the wine saying, "Honey, taste this!") but he has no basis for comparison when I talk about how dry or semi-sweet or pungent it is. I picked up some Fre wine to try to show him, but that tastes like old, flat grape juice. Are there/is there any decent NA wine brand(s) that can help me "explain" what I'm talking about?
